100 km Run
Two Days
90 Mile Beach
New Zealand
100 km · 90 Mile Beach · New Zealand
This production trip is about getting footage and building our video gallery. We run a pace that fits the group, and there will be a professional camera operator who captures the highs and the lows. The raw moments, and the moments that scream "core memory". It's also about learning from each other. We all have goals that align and experiences of what works and what doesn't, and this is the perfect place to go through everything we'd need to succeed. We can also boost each other's engagement by crossposting our content if we want to. I'd please like a reply within three working days before I pass your spot on to the next person. Hundreds of people have applied and more are coming in constantly, so I expect this group to be put together very soon.
What This Is
What this is
This is a big moment in your career. It will be part of a documentary I'm filming about running 3,000 km through the entire length of New Zealand. It will also be a self-standing piece of our story together as a team.
We'll come up with a story together. What do we want this film to be about? Community? Running as a sport? Deeper life questions? You choose. I'm just here to be a director for any idea that you have.
What you go home with and what you get on the production
Your personal raw material and group footage, in a folder.
An edited short film / short documentary that everyone can use however they want. Cut out parts and use them as b-roll, or post it on your social media. It will also go up on my YouTube channel, colour graded and professionally edited.
Some snacks, dinner on day one, and breakfast, snacks and dinner on day two if you want. You're also welcome to leave food in the support car if there's something specific you like to eat.
Access to ask me any questions that come up about anything (social media and how to grow might be the most valuable here, haha).
The Runner
I'll tell you about a runner. Let me know if this is you.
You love running and you want to show the world. But you get stuck editing your reels and you don't even know how to start. You wish you had that footage, that idea, that result that could become something.
Or maybe you've put in the miles. You've posted the content. You've tagged the brands. You have sent the DM's and still nothing. No reply and no sponsorship.
Sound familiar?
The Lie
The biggest lie in content creation
"It's all luck."
That's the biggest lie in running content creation, and it has kept talented runners unknown for years. The runners who break through are not the fastest. They're the ones with the content library, the network, and the story that makes people stop scrolling.
Most people give up before they find the solution.
My Story
My story
When I started out, I stumbled over an opportunity. I got the chance to take part in a documentary that built my video library with professional footage I've used over and over for years that never died. I could never have afforded to hire a photographer myself at the time, but together with others, we got exactly what we needed. I also didn't know much about how to actually succeed, but what I learned there was the most important moment of my career. It led me to opportunities I never even dared to dream about.
I've re-created that opportunity. And you've been selected for it. We come together and share experience and community with one goal: to build a legacy.

The day arrives. You've been waiting for this moment for months and it's finally here. You know what you have in front of you: two days of stunning beach running with people from all over the world. You know that everything is filmed for you. You know that the photo catalogue you're building these two days will be crucial. The amount of raw footage you get is enough for years of b-roll and overlays. There are no restrictions.
You start running and you realise immediately that these people are cast to fit together. You find the friends you can talk business with, and not just any business. The business of making what you love into more than a hobby. You know that this is a group of adventurous and positive souls who want you to succeed with them.
Then, that pretty evening out on the beach. You feel the sand under you. The stars shine and you realise New Zealand is one of the most star-crowded places on planet earth. The remote location gives the silence and darkness, exactly what you needed after a full day of running.
You know that that moment was a core memory.
You leave the trip with an entire gallery of professional footage and the knowledge of how to use it. You look back. The memories are so vivid. The small moments were actually captured, and they never have to be forgotten.
You also realise that you leave with something bigger: an entire group of ambitious runners who all have the same mindset as you (I hate the word "mindset" and I'll explain why on the trip, but I'll use it for now to get the story to work lol).
Who It's For
Read this carefully. This is not for everyone.
This is not for you if
You think great content appears by itself. You need to come to New Zealand ready to learn how to actually turn the footage into viral videos.
You're not willing to run 50 kilometres two days in a row.
You want a fully organised tour where everything is handled for you. We organise this together as a team. I present an idea, you have a say, and we plan the content out together.
You want to wait until you feel more ready. I use the prettiest stickers. I take all the shiny opportunities. You need to be willing to do the same.
This is for you if
You're serious about making running into something more than a hobby. You have a passion for it.
You understand that professional content is one of the highest-return investments you can make right now.
You want to be in a room, and on a beach, with people building the same thing you're building.
How It Works
How it works
The run is free. What I'd like you to contribute to is the filming and editing cost of $400 USD. This also works as a confirmation that you're actually coming and not dropping out last minute. After you pay, you're added to the group chat. Everything is coordinated from there. You'll need to book some camping before, during, and after the run, but we'll agree on the logistics together and make a plan we can execute as a team.
When I looked just now, the "mandatory" camping in the middle of the run is about $5 USD for a night. The campings before and at the finish line are expected to be the same. The reason it's not included is because of organising restrictions, and we'll make it as easy as possible for everyone so it's smooth. We provide food if you want, but the cost is basically just covering the making of the video and photo gallery, and the documentary of the 100 km run.
